John Terry says he remains fully committed to the cause at Chelsea.

Terry has consistently denied reports that he has fallen out with manager Rafa Benitez over his lack of game-time but insists he is now ready to play three matches a week.

"I have had to focus, dig deep and do a lot of sessions on my own in the gym - which was tough and new to me because it's the first long injury that I've had," he said. "But I'm fit and I'm well now and that's the main thing.

"I will continue to do everything I can, whether I play or don't play, to move this football club in the direction that we want to be."
