Terek Grozny winger Jonathan Legear is pushing for a move to England.
The Belgium international is inside the final 18 months of his Terek deal and has instructed his agents to find him a Premier League club.
Legear has been a long-term target for Everton and Sunderland since his time with Anderlecht.
The winger's management team have close ties to several Premier League clubs, including Everton, Newcastle United and Chelsea.
