Tenerife are struggling to secure striker Ayoze Perez to a new deal.
The exciting striker is attracting big interest from Manchester City, which are regarded as favourites ahead of Real Madrid for Perez's signature in January.
The youngster is on an amateur deal worth €600-a-month and Tenerife are scrambling to secure him to a pro contract.
But with City also in contact, where heroes Alvaro Negredo and David Silva now play, Perez is warming to continuing is career in England from next month.
