The Football Association has confirmed that the 2011/12 FA Cup final will be played under lights for the first time since 1993.
The FA today revealed that Liverpool will play Chelsea at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, May 5 with a 5:15pm kick-off.
It will be the first time the cup has strayed from the traditional 3pm kick-off since the final returned to Wembley in 2007 and will be the first meeting of the two clubs in a final in the history of the competition.
