Newcastle United defender Steven Taylor has urged fans to stick with them.

The former season ticket holder told the Evening Chronicle: "I understand the fans' frustrations at the moment.

"But they have to stay behind us.

"It's up to us to give them something back, though.

"We're disappointed not to do it at Bolton, so it's now up to us."
