Ryan Taylor says Alan Pardew is the main man at Newcastle United.
With Kevin Nolan, Joey Barton and Alan Smith all being moved on, the only voice to be heard on team affairs now is Pardew's and Taylor believes having it made clear to the team that there is only one boss has been a key factor in Newcastle's rise to Champions League candidates.
"The manager has taken over from the likes of Kevin and Joey and that's how it should be. He's your manager and if things aren't going well he's the man you want to pull you aside, and it's always nice when he is giving you compliments. However, you have to take some criticism as well."He said: "There's no one in the dressing room on the scale of Kevin and Joey, they were quite vocal, but I think as a team for some reason it just seems to work better.
