Matt Taylor has no regrets swapping Portsmouth for Bolton Wanderers last year.
The midfielder returns to Fratton Park tomorrow and told The News: "I'm very happy right now. I can't have any complaints. I know I made the right move going to Bolton.
"I wasn't playing at Portsmouth. I can't sit around on the bench and watch football. I need to be playing. I think what has happened since I moved proves it was the best thing to do.
"I'm playing as well as I ever have right now, certainly the best since I've been in the Premier League. I'm enjoying playing football, and that is what it's all about for me.
"I know that it is not guaranteed but I feel I've taken my chance. It was a big decision moving to Bolton, but it has been the right one."
