Blackpool players are fully behind manager Ian Holloway after he revealed he was due a cut of any transfer fee from Charlie Adam's sale.
Seasiders striker Gary Taylor-Fletcher insists Ollie deserves his dough.
He said: "There is not an ounce of resentment over the manager possibly profiting from Charlie's transfer.
"No one here wants to see Charlie go, least of all the gaffer, so you can't say he's that bothered about the money.
"If the manager brings a player in and improves him for the club to make a big profit on him, then fair play. Why shouldn't he get rewarded for that?"
