FIGC President Carlo Tavecchio is delighted Italy have qualified for Euro 2016.

Italy have qualified for Euro 2016 after a 3-1 win in Azerbaijan.

“We started out this campaign with good hopes, it was a serious and well-focused journey," Tavecchio told Rai Sport.

“We passed the test and were promoted, now the doors to Paris open up and we will play our game there too.

“Conte's philosophy is one of sacrifice and hard work, something that should be part of every Italian's approach."
