The agent of Stuttgart defender Serdar Tasci has revealed the interest of Manchester City and Tottenham.
Both Premier League big spenders are in the market for a new centre-half.
Agent Francesco Di Frisco told TMW: "Interest in him has come from Barcelona, but especially from England. Manchester City and Tottenham are interested in him."
