Vincent Tan is set to increase his control of Cardiff City.
The Mirror says Tan is set to cement his control over Cardiff City by increasing his shareholding in the club to 98%.
Tan took control of Cardiff in 2010 by buying a 36.1% stake in the club, and has gradually increased his shareholding in the Welsh outfit.
The Malaysian's intention is to list the club on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, becoming the second Premier League side to do so in the last year after Manchester United's IPO raised £150million on the New York Stock Exchange in late 2012.
