Gabriel Tamas is delighted to be putting down roots at West Bromwich Albion.
The Romanian international signed from Auxerre in an £800,000 deal following his successful loan spell.
Tamas told the Birmingham Mail: "I feel better now that I'm here permanently.
"I have obviously only just started my contract but I hope to be here for the next three or four years.
"It's good that I've signed for this team. I like this club, the staff, the fans, the area - I like everything about the club.
"It's very important to feel at home - and I certainly do.
"If you don't feel at home, you won't be 100 per cent focused on the games."
