Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed that they are in talks with Manchester City regarding Carlos Tevez.
The Argentine striker is a clear transfer target for the French giants, who are reportedly prepared to meet City's asking price of £30million, with new manager Carlo Ancelotti verifying the interest.
