Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri has praised emerging youngster Joe Dodoo.

The 20-year-old scored a hat-trick in the Foxes' 4-1 Capital One Cup second round win over Bury last month and will now get his chance to make his full home debut in Tuesday night's third round meeting with West Ham United, which has Ranieri excited.

"I think he has a very good future," said the Italian.

"I speak to him a lot and he is a young player who is very focused and concentrated on his job.

"He is fast and when he shoots at goal, between 80 to 90 per cent of the time he hits the target. That is very good, that's a good relationship with the goal."
