Birmingham City star Demarai Gray is feeling confident ahead of the upcoming Championship campaign.
Gray enjoyed a fantastic season last term, making 43 appearances and the attacker was subject to a big money bid from Premier League new boys Bournemouth this summer.
Birmingham decided to keep hold of Gray though and the youngster has now stated that he is feeling good ahead of the upcoming season.
Gray said: "I'm much more confident this year. I feel I learned a lot last year and what we're working on on the training ground now is all paying off. I'm feeling fit, everyone's working hard and everyone's looking forward to the start of the season.
"I've got belief in myself and I feel like I've got stronger as a player, physically and mentally. The gaffer and the coaching staff are always working on me, telling me how I can improve and how I can affect the game.
"That's good for me because I need that confidence and the lads and the old-timers tell me to do my thing and be positive."
