Juventus hero Alessio Tacchinardi has urged fans to be patient with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo is yet to score for Juve since his summer arrival from Real Madrid.

But Tacchinardi told RMC: "He is an absolute champion, you can not question and he should not be nervous: he has scored lots of goals.

"But if he is physically not at the top, he is struggling, and then they play a different game in Spain - and Real plays the games in a different way...

"I remember (Pavel) Nedved struggling a lot in his first three months at Juventus, then he won the Ballon d'Or."
