Adel Taarabt admits he is frustrated with his current situation at QPR.
The Moroccan playmaker has fallen out of favour under Neil Warnock this season and says he is having a hard time of sitting on the bench which has occurred in the past two matches after being subbed off at half-time of the loss to Tottenham on October 30.
"I am not happy to sit on the bench - my job is to play football.
"I understand I cannot play every game but we play only once in a week so I need to be doing that and starting the game.""I want to play week in, week out," he said.
