Adel Taarabt is delighted with his form at AC Milan.
The QPR midfielder is on-loan with Milan to the end of the season.
"Maybe people weren't expecting it but I am not surprised," Taarabt told La Repubblica.
"I know my qualities and I knew that with good teammates alongside me, as I have here in Milan, I would be able to show them.
"Let's also say that recent circumstances have favoured me!
"I am extremely satisfied with how I have started here. Now I have a few months left to persuade Milan to sign me permanently.
"I like scoring but even more than that I like creating goals for others, it's my specialty.
"It's just that at Milan so far I have played on the left and right, not in my best position which is in the middle behind the striker.
"And I have never defended as much as I have been, using up a lot of energy!"
