Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny says manager Arsene Wenger's future shouldn't be tied to their recent form slump.
It remains to be seen how much longer Wenger will remain at the Emirates Stadium helm, as talk of a new contract is yet to see pen put to paper.
Szczesny said in the Daily Telegraph: "I don't have any doubts about his future.
"The boss has been around for so long, had so much experience, I'm sure he's been through times much worse.
"We believe in him, he believes in us and I'm sure he'll work for a long time."
