Sydney thrash Wellington for place in Grand Final
Sydney FC has scored an emphatic 4-2 win over Wellington Phoenix to set up a Grand Final clash with Melbourne Victory.
Sydney FC 4 (Payne 21, 30 , Brosque 62nd, Bridge 70th)
Wellington Phoenix 2 (Durante 26th, Dadi 81st)
Crowd: 13,196 at Sydney Football Stadium
Sydney will now travel to Melbourne for next Saturday night's Grand Final clash against arch-rival Melbourne Victory, Sydney's first Grand Final appearance since the first season of the A-League.
For Wellington, the loss was a disappointing way to finish off what has been a stellar season for the Kiwi club.
Chris Payne, who came on as a substitute for John Aloisi after only 19 minutes, made an immediate impact scoring two goals in 11 minutes, the second controversially appearing to be via a final touch from his forearm.

yes worst decision of the year it was so obvious its suspect as...aussie always cheat no surprises there if they didnt they would never win anything....except the redneck olympics or the most fags in one country award....
the whole game changed after the blatant handball goal, the reporting of what looked like is complete shit blatant, after that phenonix had to change their style and the game changed...great bit of cheating from the aussie scum they never wanted to see the kiwis win the handball was so obvious its unbelievable that no one seen it, straight out cheating...
