Sydney FC's latest signing, Bruno Cazarine, has asked for his nickname to be dropped whilst in Australia.
The 27-year old Brazilian striker is known as 'Cazagol' in his homeland but wants to prove himself on the pitch with his new club before going around with a title on his head.
"Not here, please, not until I have scored some goals," he said when asked of his nickname.
"That was a different time, now I must score goals for Sydney FC."
Cazarine added that he was keen to repay the faith of the Sky Blues with good performances despite his trial being very tough.
"Yes, last week was very tough, very hard," he said.
"But I am very happy to be staying here now.
"I knew what I could do, and now I have signed a contract I believe I can do the job that Sydney want from me."
