Sydney FC recorded another victory in their pre-season series of matches with a 4-0 win over State League club Manly United.

Coach Vitezslav Lavicka used a majority of young players and trialists in the rain-soaked contest at Cromer Park, Manly.

Korean trialist Sung Hwan Byun scored with a well-taken free-kick before youngster and former Manly star Chris Payne added a second.

Brendan Gan and Shannon Cole also got in on the act, scoring late in the second half.

The Sky Blues take on State League leader Sydney United next Tuesday at Edensor Park's Sydney United Sports Centre.
