Sydney FC midfielder Simon Colosimo is confident new signing Byun Sung-Hwan can adapt quickly to the Australian culture.
The South Korean was impressive in last night's pre-season match against Central Coast Mariners and Colosimo believes he will only get better.
"Byun was pretty good (against the Mariners). There's obviously the language barrier but we'll get that right in the four or five weeks ahead of the new season," he said.
"But he's fitted right into the changing room, which is probably the hardest part, the day to day stuff. He's done that very nicely.
"We're going away now for a few days (Sydney take on Newcastle Jets in Port Macquarie on Sunday) and that should give us a great opportunity to know him a little bit more."
