Sydney FC are the latest club to be linked with North Queensland Fury striker David Williams.
The talented 22-year old has already attracted plenty of interest from former club Brisbane Roar but now it is the reigning A-League champions who are on his trail according to reports.
With the Fury's future heavily clouded, Football Federation Australia - who control the club - are likely to allow Williams to leave Townsville to join a rival A-League club.
The ex-Brondby man has made it clear how loyal he is to the Fury by signing a deal to remain at the club and building a house in the area but will have to find a new home of the Fury folds.
It is believed that Sydney are extremely keen whilst Melbourne Victory are also showing considerable interest.
