Sydney FC are believed to be looking at pursuing AS Roma captain Francesco Totti.
The 36-year old Italian attacking midfielder is still contracted to career club Roma but Sky Blues chief Tony Pignata suggested that the Azzurri great could perhaps join Alessandro Del Piero in the A-League.
"He (Totti) is an extraordinary player," Pignata said in an interview with Italian website Panorama.
"At the moment he's having a great season with Roma, but in the future, who knows?"
