Sydney FC go down to Kashima Antlers

A-League club Sydney FC have ended their Asian Champions League campaign with a 2-1 loss to Kashima Antlers.

The Sky Blues scored first through defender Matthew Jurman, in his last match for the club before he moves to Brisbane Roar, who headed home in the 26th minute at Tokyo's National Olympic Stadium.

But the visitors could not hold their lead as they conceded t Yuya Osako in the 64th minute before Takuya Nozawa grabbed the winner with six minutes remaining.

The loss left Sydney third in Group H with five points from six matches, seven behind top two sides Suwon Bluewings and Kashima.
