Liverpool midfielder Jordan Williams' loan move to Swindon Town earned him inclusion for this week's historic Wales squad.
Williams' form won him a place in Chris Coleman's squad, which is now on the brink of qualifying for the Euros.
Coleman said: “Jordan, in that holding midfield role, or as a centre back, is an option.
"He's on loan at Swindon Town at the moment and getting some football.
“We've looked at him and our situation for these two games, both highly pressurised games of football.
“Jordan has played at Anfield, if you play at Liverpool there is always pressure, so that's why we went down that road.
“He's also a very good young player.
“He's played with our younger groups and he is an option for us."
In Williams' absence, Swindon earned an impressive win at Crewe Alexandra yesterday.
