Alex Pritchard is inspired by Tottenham teammate Andros Townsend.
Pritchard, 20, is one of three Spurs starlets who have been loaned toe League One club Swindon Town for the season.
The England under-20 midfielder said: "We have spoken about how well he (Andros) has been doing.
"It is key when you go out on loan to work hard. Most of his loan spells worked but especially the one at QPR last season and look where he is now.
"We can all take that as a plus sign."
