Swansea's Hernandez: Laudrup is just unbelievable

Pablo Hernandez is delighted to be reunited with Michael Laudrup at Swansea City.

While at Valencia, he was loaned to Second Division Cadiz before being sold to Getafe in 2007. There he experienced the coaching methods of Laudrup.

"I stayed with Michael for one year in Getafe," says Hernandez, "But that was still enough to convince me to come to Swansea.

"At half-time, even if we're losing, Michael speaks to us for only five minutes. The players get confidence with him and you remember what directions he gives you.

"In the past, I have managers who speak for 20 minutes and you think "wow, wow, wow. I will not remember all that". All the players respect what Michael has done. They know he played for 15 years in big teams in Europe and the Denmark team. He knows football inside out.

"He does drills with us in training and I think he could still play in the Premier League, he is that good. In training, he's just unbelievable."
