Swansea City winger Wayne Routledge says little has changed under new manager Michael Laudrup.
The Dane succeeded Brendan Rodgers after his departure for Liverpool.
Routledge told The Sun: “The new manager Michael Laudrup has kept Brendan Rodgers’ style and philosophy with a few subtle changes.
“Nathan and Scott hugged the touchlines but now Nathan and I also come more inside to combine with Michu and Danny Graham.
“I’ve had a lot of clubs but I was brought up to play football and I’m enjoying life at Swansea.
“Scott got a late move to City and that opened up a space for me to get some games. I’m performing well. We’ve started the season well and the focus is to build on what we achieved last year.
“I won promotion with Palace, and won the Championship with QPR and Newcastle. Everyone wants to win things at the highest level. I am no different.”
