Villarreal midfielder Marcos Senna will soon hold discussions with the Spanish club about his future.
The 34-year old Brazilian-born Spain international has emerged as a strong target for promoted English club Swansea City who have made an offer for him.
Senna's contract at Villarreal is coming to an end and he has so far been unable to come to an agreement over an extension with final talks to be held in order to sort out his future which could continue in the south of Wales.
