The Daily Mail says Swansea have made an outline offer of around £100,000 for Cliftonville striker Donnelly.
Manager Brendan Rodgers watched the teenager play last week and has followed up by opening discussions to rival interest from Burnley, Peterborough and Brentford in the 19-year-old who scored a 19-minute hat-trick at the weekend against Dungannon.
