Swansea City striker Tammy Abraham is determined to make it at Chelsea.
Abraham expects to return to his parent club for preseason.
He said: “I want to be ready for Chelsea in the summer, that is my aim.
“I have to finish strong. Look to the World Cup squad this summer and then focus on Chelsea. My aim is to go back and do well with Chelsea.
“I have been there since 6. My dream, still, is to break into the first team.
“I have to keep improving myself. If I got into the World Cup squad I would be knocking on the door at Chelsea too."
