Swansea City striker Michu has shrugged off his Spain snub.
Michu was overlooked by Spain coach Vincente del Bosque for tonight's friendly against Uruguay.
Swansea need Michu to return to top scoring form following the loss of Danny Graham, and after a spell of six without scoring, the 26-year-old said: “I’m not thinking about getting into the Spain squad right now – I’m only thinking about QPR.
“I have no problem with not being picked and I wasn’t disappointed because it is difficult to enter into the Spanish squad and play games.
“I had hopes, but they are the best team in the world and they have great players who all deserve to be in the squad.
“I just need to work harder because I am more disappointed to lose at West Ham."
