Swansea striker Graham delighted to finally be playing for Rodgers

Swansea City striker Danny Graham is delighted to be working with manager Brendan Rodgers this season.

Graham was snapped up by Rodgers in the summer from Watford.

He told Absolute Radio: "You know, everyone says I was with him at Watford, he was the one who put the players in, the deal in place to sign me at Watford and then he went to Reading, so I didn't actually get the chance to work with him there. But he's tried to sign me on a number of occasions, which proves he has faith in my ability, in what I can do on a football pitch, and it's up to me now and working with him to prove him right and, you know, pay back all the loyalty he's shown in how many times he's come to sign me.

"You know, as a manager you want a manager you can talk to and you can go to and have a conversation about, and his man management skills, if you're not on the team, you know, he'll tell you the reason why. You know, he's just very thorough in what he does and the training is superb and its all football related. So he's got a lot of good qualities and I'm sure he can go on and be a very successful manager."
