Swansea City striker Stephen Dobbie has taken aim at Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers.

He played a major role in Swansea winning promotion to the Premier League in 2011, but made just eight appearances last season.

Dobbie, who scored a hat-trick in Swansea's 5-0 pre-season friendly win over Port Talbot on Saturday, said: "It's a fresh start for everyone. Personally I didn't think I got a fair crack last season so I've come back, worked really hard in pre-season and I want to show the new manager what I can do."
