Swansea striker Borja: I admire Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Sergio Aguero...

Swansea City striker Borja Baston says he admires Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Sergio Aguero, Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane of the Premier League strikers.

The 24-year-old, who arrived at the Welsh club in a club-record £15.5million deal from Atletico Madrid last month, is in line to make his debut for the club against Chelsea on Sunday.

Baston, who scored 18 goals on loan with Eibar last season, suffered a thigh injury shortly after arriving at Liberty Stadium but is now ready to join the English league's best attackers while hoping to emulate fellow Spaniard Michu who starred early in his stay on South Wales.

"I watched a lot of Premier League football when I was in Spain and I always wanted the chance to play in the competition," said Baston.

"You look and there are a lot of great strikers. Guys I admire like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Sergio Aguero, Jamie Vardy and Harry Kane.

"There are a lot of quality strikers here. I want to show that I have quality too.

"My aim is to get started when I have the chance to play and score goals. I know Spanish players like Michu have done well with Swansea, I hope I can do the same."
