The Frenchman has been outstanding for OM this season - and has even worn the captain's armband.

OM management want to keep hold of Gomis, but not at his Swansea salary.

The striker earns €420,000-a-month, which is beyond the Marseille budget.

And for the moment, Gomis is refusing to drop his terms to smooth negotiations.
