Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis is proud of his spell with Olympique Marseille.

There's no guarantees he will be signed permanently by OM.

And said: "It is a club for me, a club that I have come to know and love. I do not close the door and I will never close it.

"I came to OM despite some other offers, but that's when the club needed me the most. I will try to fulfill my goals, they are not yet achieved.

"Whatever happens, I have to leave the house clean. If I have to leave, I will have left a good image of myself in Marseille. This is important because we have a life after football.

"I will come back as a spectator at OM."
