Swansea City star Scott Sinclair isn't convinced he'd get a chance at former club Chelsea under manager Andre Villas-Boas.
He returns to west London on Saturday having inspired Swansea's charge to the Barclays Premier and offered a word of warning to the likes of Daniel Sturridge, Josh McEachran and Ryan Bertrand.
"Would I have got a chance at Chelsea under Villas-Boas? It depends what you mean by chance," said the 22-year-old.
"To me, 10 minutes here and there is not a chance. A chance is playing week in, week out.
"Sturridge has done well, I'm hoping he gets his chance. I'm hoping he gets more games, not just 10 minutes off the bench.
"They've got some great quality youngsters there in Sturridge, Josh McEachran and Ryan Bertrand. But it's very difficult for them to get in ahead of big international players.
He added: "I came to Swansea to get week in, week out football because they couldn't give me it, but I learnt a helluva lot off the big boys at Chelsea and that has helped me establish myself at Swansea."
