Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup is confident that captain Ashley Williams will recoil from his poor early-season form.
The Welsh centre-back has produced a string of decisive errors in Swansea's impressive beginning to the campaign but Laudrup is calm because he is well aware that even the most composed players are prone to mistakes.
"It's always difficult when people get used to you playing so well," said the Swansea manager.
"People say 'He never makes mistakes', but I can say for sure that nobody does not make a mistake at some time.
"Suddenly you make a couple in a couple of weeks and people say 'How can that happen?'.
"Ashley was the first one to be disappointed and to ask how it could happen, but I say it is the human factor."
