Swansea City skipper Garry Monk says he owes his return to a little bit of Chelsea expertise.
The defender has been hampered by the nagging injury since May, but is now being treated by the club's new performance consultant, Glen Driscoll.
"The gaffer's brought him in from Chelsea and he has been excellent with me," said Monk.
"All the physios at Swansea have been great, but Glen has had experience with top players and has brought in a few new things, such as the belt.
"Apparently, John Terry had the same thing - foot trouble because of the back.
"My back is fine now which is frustrating, but the belt tightens things up and gives me more support. It also gives me more power in my foot.
"I'm probably the first Swansea player to wear a belt around a pair of shorts, but if it works for John Terry, hopefully it can work for me.
"I felt much stronger at Wolves [on Saturday] than I have been. I just need to keep that run of games going and if I get four or five in a row then I will be much better."
