Swansea City have set their asking price for Gylfi Sigurdsson.
The Daily Star says they will slap a £30million price tag on playmaker Sigurdsson this summer.
Everton and West Ham are poised to lead the chase for the Icelandic international, 27, who has been in superb form all season for the Swans.
However, respective bosses Ronald Koeman and Slaven Bilic will find the Welsh club in no mood to do business should they beat the drop.
Swansea chief Paul Clement is a huge fan of Sigurdsson who cost just £6.8m from Spurs in July 2014 – and would want a replacement brought in before sanctioning any sale.
