Swansea City are hoping to close a loan deal for Villarreal midfielder Jonathan de Guzman.
The Daily Mail says Swansea hope to wrap up a loan move for De Guzman next week.
Chairman Huw Jenkins has been in discussions with Villarreal this week in an effort to nail down a deal for the 24-year-old, who worked under Michael Laudrup at Real Mallorca and is viewed as a replacement for Gylfi Sigurdsson.
