Swansea City have confirmed that Neil Taylor has a broken leg from today's 2-2 draw with Sunderland.
The Welsh left-back went down in the first half when he tussled with Craig Gardner and it has been confirmed that there is a break in his left ankle.
"I just talked to the doctor and we are still not 100% but there is a fracture, at least one," said Swans boss Michael Laudrup.
"We are talking about a long period of rehabilitation before he returns to the game, I can't tell you precisely how long because I don't know."
