Swansea City defender Angel Rangel, who is attracting interest from the likes of Fulham, Wigan and Blackpool, has opened talks with the English Championship club.

The 28-year old Spaniard is in the final year of his contract and the Swans are keen to tie him up to a new deal but will need to act quickly as the trio of Premier League clubs move in.

Blackpool had an offer turned down in August whilst it has also come to light that Scottish giants Celtic are keen on the right-back.
