Jose Mourinho's success in the game has not been by dumb luck according to Swansea City's Garry Monk.

The manager of the Welsh club was analyzing Chelsea's season in the Premier League, which has them on the verge of securing the title, when he highlighted Mourinho's ability to alter tactics as he sees fit depending on the situation of the game at hand.

"But the tactical side is the reason Mourinho has done what he has done in the game, he is superb in that respect," Monk said of the Portuguese tactician.

"It's by no mistake what Mourinho does, you can see what his sides are trying to do and how he sets them up.

"He's got results and trophies for it playing against the elite teams in the world and you can't help but admire that."

The Blues will clinch their fourth Premier League trophy, and fifth English top flight title, if they can beat Crystal Palace at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
