Bafetimbi Gomis has taken to Twitter to make it clear that his fainting episode on Wednesday night is nothing to be worried about.
The French striker collapsed in the middle of the pitch early in Swansea City's eventual 3-2 loss at Tottenham before being stretchered off after receiving treatment from medical staff.
Former Lyon ace Gomis, 29, has a history of fainting incidents as he suffers from a vasovagal condition and was fine not long after coming off the ground.
Gomis revealed that he has been travelling to and fro from his homeland in France to tend to his ill father which he believes has added extra pressure on his own health issues.
I Wanted to reassure you concerning my Health , it actually looks much more scary than physically dangerous and I am feeling well now .
