Swansea City are pondering a controversial move for Cardiff City defender Steven Caulker.
The Daily Mail says Swansea are keen on a return of former loan star Caulker.
The 22-year-old ex-Spurs defender was captain of rivals Cardiff who were relegated from the Premier League last season.
Swansea need a central defender with Ashley Williams and Chico Flores set to leave this summer.
