Swansea City stars are on a modest win bonus for today's Capital One Cup final against Bradford City.

The Mail on Sunday says Swansea's Premier League heroes will pocket just £9,000 each if they win a historic first major trophy by beating Bradford in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday.

The bonus is less than the £10,000 a man that south Wales rivals Cardiff City, of the Championship, received before last year's Wembley date with Liverpool.

A Swansea source said: "The bonus is not a big figure, but it's not about the money. It's about the chance to make history and win a major trophy for the club for the first time."
